This continuous learning entity consists of four key building blocks:
- Structured learning programmes
- Global and local networks for project managers and professionals
- eLearning
- Tailor-made continuous alignment and improvement programmes based on real projects (CAIP)
The Academy is founded on Aker Solutions' Values and Leadership Approach, our Risk Management approach and our common Project Execution Model. The Academy is about developing people in an action learning environment.
